"Definitely Tough If You Have Mobility Issues"
The boat ride itself was totally fine, but I’m absolutely convinced this is not the easiest setup for anyone with limited mobility. Getting on and off the boat felt awkward, and I really wish the website had been clearer ahead of time about what to expect or whether help would be available.
The staff were nice enough, for sure, but I still felt rushed and uncomfortable. If you walk slowly, need steady footing, or have any mobility concerns at all, I’d 100% call first and ask every possible question before booking

"Fun ride, but a little crowded"
I had a good time on the airboat tour overall. The captain was friendly and the ride itself was fun, just kind of hard to describe because it felt exciting but also a bit cramped at the same time. Our group seemed a little too big for the space, so it was tough to hear everything and taking photos got awkward with people shifting around. We did see some wildlife, which was definitely cool, but I think I would’ve enjoyed it more if it had been less packed.

It was a fun ride with some really nice views. The tour felt a bit short to me, but overall the pace was good and didn’t feel too rushed.

"Clean and Surprisingly Easy to Navigate"
I had a really good time here. It was easy to find, parking wasn’t a hassle, and the check-in area was actually straightforward, which I didn’t expect. The restrooms were clean enough too, and that’s always one of the first things I notice.
There was a shaded spot to wait before the ride, and the life jackets looked like they were in decent shape. The staff kept everything moving without making us feel rushed, which was nice. For a place that doesn’t look like it’s trying too hard, it’s set up well, and I’d go again.

"We had a really good time…"
We had a really good time on the airboat tour. It didn’t feel rushed at all, and we got plenty of time out on the water, which I appreciated. For what we paid, I think it was a good deal. The ride was fun, the guide kept things moving without making it feel like we were on a strict schedule, and overall it felt worth the price. Weird thing I still remember: there was this one bird just standing there like it owned the whole swamp and didn’t care about us at all. Definitely a fun experience.

"Fun ride, but the noise was a lot"
I had a fun time on the ride, but the engine was so loud I can barely heard what the guide was saying most of the time.

"It was fine, but not super exciting"
The ride was okay overall, but the kids got bored quick. It wasn’t bad or anything, just didn’t really keep their attention for long.

"Clean, Comfortable, and Well Cared For"
I was really happy with how clean the boat was when we got on. The seats weren’t sticky or wet, and it looked like someone had actually taken the time to wipe everything down, which you’d hope for but don’t always get.
You could also tell they take care of the boat in general. It ran smoothly the whole time and didn’t feel worn out or neglected. It’s a basic thing, but having a clean, well-kept boat made the whole ride a lot more relaxing.

Just a heads-up for anyone thinking about booking: our guide really knew their stuff and had such a fun, relaxed attitude. It made the whole ride feel easygoing and way less stressful than I expected

"Good tour and they seemed respectful"
Overall, I thought this was a good tour. Our guide made sure we kept our distance from the nesting birds and also reminded everyone not to feed the wildlife, which I appreciated. The boat was a little loud, not gonna lie, but they did seem careful and respectful about how they handled everything.

"Animals seemed happy and well cared for"
We stopped by after the airboat ride and I liked the animal exhibits more than I expected. The gators and other animals all seemed clean, calm, and well cared for. The staff answered my kids’ questions and didn’t make us feel rushed, which I appreciated. It’s a fairly simple place, but it felt well kept and was definitely worth checking out.

We had a blast on the airboat. It was way faster and louder than I thought it would be, but in the best way. The kids were into it the whole time, and they made it feel even more exciting. I’d definitely do it again

"Fun ride, once we actually got out there"
We ended up having a good time on the airboat once things finally got moving. The captain was friendly, the ride was a lot of fun, and we did get to see some wildlife, so the actual tour part was definitely worth doing.
The only thing that took away from it was the wait beforehand. Our time slot came and went without much explanation, so we were kind of just hanging around wondering what was happening. It wasn’t a bad experience, but a little more organization would’ve made a big difference.

"We went on Captain Jack’s airboat…"
We went on Captain Jack’s airboat ride last weekend, it was a really nice way to spend the afternoon. From the moment we got seated, the boat felt safe and the seats were more comfortable than I expected. Our guide drove at a good pace and didn’t do anything too wild, so my family was able to just relax and enjoy the whole ride. By the time it was over, we were already talking about coming back again sometime.

"Such a Beautiful ride through the Mangroves"
We had a really nice time on Captain Jack’s airboat tour. The views were Amazing, with plenty of open water and these quiet little mangrove spots that felt super peaceful. Then whenever the boat picked up speed, it got really fun too. We took some Great pictures, and our guide was easygoing and clearly knew the area well. I’d definitely do it again.

"Handled the Rain Delay Well"
Our tour ended up getting delayed because some rain was moving in, but they reached out fairly quickly and gave us the option to either wait it out or reschedule. We decided to go later, and it turned out fine. It was a little confusing at first, mostly because I was worried about paying for something and then having the weather mess it up, but they handled it well overall. For the price, I was just glad it didn’t feel like a waste
